Engineer’s Attempt at Writing

I am jealous of Anthony Bourdain – he gets to travel the world, get great food. I have put a lot of thought into this and I have come to the conclusion that one of the best way to really understand another culture is through the food. Food really defines a culture and a nation’s style.

I think someone should write a book about food from around the world and how we can see the shaping of the country’s country through their cuisines.
