Thanksgiving continued
Sunday, November 26th, 2006Back to writing about this Thanksgiving week.
Tuesday and Wednesday pretty much went by without much being accomplished. I went to watch movies with my one of my high school buddies. I can’t believe they raise the price of movie tickets again; no wonder people pirate movies.
I saw “Borat – Something US Culture something Glorious Nation of Something”. The movie was pretty funny, but it didn’t meet my expectations. Some part of the movie were great, such as the beginning of the movie when Borat introduced his country. However, other parts like the “Borat and Frat Boys” scene was pretty blah. Furthermore, the scene with Pamela Anderson at the end of the movie was not funny either.
Will write more next time.
Thanksgiving
Saturday, November 25th, 2006This Thanksgiving has been so so.
I was planning to work on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and I ended up doing almost nothing.
On Monday, I tried to go to Best Buy to play the Wii. Just my luck, they did not even have a demo for shoppers to try. I have seen the commericials for Wii and it seems like a system that I can definitely get used to playing. Then we lost the playoff game against Loose Cannon. We were leading by 14 runs, but then we blew it. I think that one of the things I will miss if I leave school is the softball game.
My whole body aches. I will write more later.
Probably fake
Thursday, November 16th, 2006This is one of the funniest radio clip I have ever heard. This clip is definitely not work safe. Do not listen to it when your suprevisor is around. The language is not suitable for children.
But I definitely think the clip is fake or staged.

Geek at Heart
Thursday, November 9th, 2006I have been super lazy.
I guess I am really a geek at heart. I was walking from my office in Cory Hall to meet up with people in project group. I was walking along when I saw this somewhat chubby person ridding his segaway. Then suddenly, I remembered getting an email telling us that Steve Wozniak was coming to Berkeley to speak. I was not too sure if that it was really the Woz, so I just said to him “You are Steve Wozniak right?”. He stopped his segway and shook my hand. For some reason I was happy that he stopped and shook my hand. Now I realized that I was happy because I am a geek. He is like Michael Jordan to geeks.
