Thursday, December 6th, 2007Guff slowly opened his lazy eyes. He didn’t like the sun, but unfortunately for him, the world which he lived in operates under the sun. This world definitely enjoys light; their motto is “Let there be Light!”. As his brain forces his eyelids to open, Guff was in for a real shocker. His room was dark, there was not a single beam of light. “What is going on? What time is it?”
Rolling to the side of his bed, Guff looked at his clock. “8:45 AM!!
Guff rolled toward the other side of his bed, and pulled his blanket over himself hoping to catch another good 4 hours of sleep. There was a loud knock on his door. Someone was shouting, “Get up. It is time for class.” Guff realized that today he actually had a class at 9 AM. Guff quickly rolled out of his bed. Luckily for him, he was already dressed since earlier in the morning he had gone to bed with his clothes on after many glorious games of spear toss. He quickly put on his shoes and ran to the bathroom to do the morning stuff.
At 8:57AM, Guff was ready to go! He went to his friend’s room and together they went to class. As they walked into class, the professor was talking about a certain group of people. Guff didn’t realize it at the time, but she was describing him. Guff’s life will forever be a horizontal line, with a little jitter here and there, but never experience any large changes; he will not even obtain local minimum or maximum because these two do not exist in a flat line. Guff will never not experience poverty (unless we all decide to use typewriters again), nor will he ever experience major success (Guff is too scare to try because he doesn’t know what failure will be like).
80 minutes later, class was over. Guff walked with his friend back to their dwelling place. As Guff walked, one of his good friends, Ma Ca, approached him. (There are many stories about Ma Ca, and they will come later). The two started to talk about recursions and etc., and not even realizing it, Guff had ignore his other friend. Guff didn’t even realize it when his other friend left. Is recursions is really that interesting: f(x) = f(x+1) + 1???

Wednesday, December 5th, 2007Guff sat at his desk doing his homework, surfing the web, and chatting on AIM. It was more surfing and chatting than doing. “When, where, and how did I become this?” Guff said to himself. Although he didn’t realize it, but everything changed the minute that Guff looked at this book. After going through the book, he was forever branded and there was no escape from it. I am digressing. Lets get back to Guff and his desk.
Guff’s musing and complaining didn’t help him finish his homework any faster, but was there a reason to finish the homework faster? What was he going to do after finishing his homework? Go out and party? Not trying to sound cliche, but Hell have better freezed over a couple of times before Guss …. It was 11:30pm, and suddenly an IM window opened up with this link. (CLICK THIS LINK!! CLICK THIS LINK). Although Guff knew he had to finish his work, he couldn’t resist but click on the link. Looking at the web page in his IE a.k.a Internet Exploder, he thought to himself Y not.

3 hours later, Guff became very tired and jumped into bed and disappeared forever from cyberspace until 10 AM the next morning.
